What happens when you go to an in-network hospital and some providers are not in-network?
In a scenario in which hospital is within network but physician is not, the claim would be processed as in network. The default for this is the facility. The facility always has to be within network.
Are MRI’s subject to the MSRA?
Yes, MRI’s are subject to the MSRA.
Does the MultiPlan PHCS network discount apply if you exhaust all of your primary care visits?
The negotiated MultiPlan discounted rate is allotted if you exhaust all of your PCP visits. You still receive the benefit of the discounted rate with MultiPlan after all of your allotted PCP visits are used.
